One Live Job
Pick a single project and answer for that job only. Rough figures are fine — you are looking for the order of magnitude, not a reconciliation.
Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is stored or transmitted.
Enter a value against any item on the left and select where it stands.
Everything above is governed by a contract you have already signed.
Which notice had to be served, to whom, within how many days, and containing what — that determines whether the amounts above sit in the first band or the third. It was all decided before the work started. Contract Risk Intelligence reads the contract and tells you what the notice regime actually demands, which clauses carry commercial weight, and what position to take. Transparent pricing. No demo required.
Nothing is collected
No sign-up, no email, no tracking of what you enter. Everything runs in your browser.
Your figures, your judgement
The tool adds up what you tell it and sorts it by the position you select. It applies no discount or probability.
Multi-currency
Nine currencies supported. No conversion applied — figures stay in the currency you select.
Disclaimer — Money On The Table Self Audit
This disclaimer is specific to this tool and is in addition to the general disclaimer covering all PiVOTiQ free tools, which applies in full.
This tool adds up figures you supply and sorts them by a category you choose
It performs no assessment of entitlement. It does not consider your contract, the facts of any event, the merits of any position, or whether any amount is recoverable at law or in commerce.
A total produced here is a total of your own estimates. It is not a valuation, a claim, a quantum assessment, or evidence of anything.
The three bands are a prompt, not a prediction
Sorting amounts into "position preserved", "at risk" and "evidence problem" reflects a general commercial pattern — that documented and notified entitlement is ordinarily easier to recover than undocumented entitlement. It is not a legal analysis of your position.
An amount in the first band may still fail. An amount in the third may still succeed. The bands describe the strength of your record, not the strength of your claim.
You decide which band each item falls into
The tool cannot verify whether a notice was served, whether it was served on the right party, whether it was served in time, or whether it contained what the contract required. It records the position you select.
Many notices that people believe were validly served were not. Selecting "notified in writing" does not make it so.
Time bars are not calculated
The question about how long items have been sitting produces a general caution only. It does not calculate any contractual or statutory deadline, does not identify which time bars apply to your contract, and does not tell you whether any deadline has passed.
A caution shown here is not a determination that anything is out of time, and the absence of a caution is not a determination that anything remains in time.
Categories overlap and may double-count
A single event can plausibly sit in more than one of the seven categories — an unapproved variation instructed verbally may also be causing delay and disruption. The tool cannot detect this and will add each figure you enter.
Enter each amount once, in the category that best describes it, or the total will overstate your position.
Amounts owed are not the same as amounts recoverable
Nothing here accounts for counterclaims, back-charges, liquidated damages, defects, set-off rights, insolvency of the paying party, or the cost and time of pursuing recovery. A figure on the table is a gross figure before any of that.
Currency selection applies no conversion
Selecting a currency changes the symbol and number formatting only. Every figure is treated as being in the one currency you select. Mixing currencies in a single audit will produce a meaningless result.
